  1. YM- I do a lot of yoga and lately have had an aching wrist but this looks like it puts more weight on your elbows so I might try it.

  2. This pose does put some weight through the wrists and is quite strong through the belly.
    Stacking the wrists under the elbows helps in this pose.Hope your wrist improve. Cherie x
