Free Women's Health evening. Thursday 22nd May, 7-9pm 


Yoga Mama, in conjunction with its partners, are delighted to invite you to attend a FREE public educational evening on Thursday 22nd May 2014, 7-9pm. The theme of this evening will focus on prenatal and postnatal healthcare and there will be talks from Women's Health Physiotherapists Andrea Yeboah Regis and Katie Howard. This event is open to the general public.

Andrea  Yeboah Regis: Women's Health Physiotherapist and Prenatal Yoga Teacher

Andrea is a Women's Health physiotherapist and prenatal yoga instructor. She has worked at three major London teaching hospitals in the field of Women's Health. Her special interests include ante and postnatal back pain, pelvic girdle pain, pelvic floor dysfunction including bladder and bowel incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse. She also teaches regular antenatal physiotherapy advice sessions and encourages participation in prenatal yoga whenever possible.


Katie Howard: Women's Health Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor

Katie is a women's health physiotherapist and an APPI Pilates instructor. She has experience in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and sports injuries but also has a special interest in prenatal and postnatal-related conditions, such as lower back and pelvic girdle pain. She also teaches the Mum and Baby Pilates Class here at the clinic, and has completed further training to become a Women's Health Specialist Physiotherapist.
