Mindfulness through Yoga with A.G. and Indra Mohan

Venue: Yogacampus Training Centre
Date: Sunday 22 June 2014
Time: 10:00am to 3:30pm (with a break for lunch)
Cost: £55

It is a great honour and pleasure to welcome A.G. and Indra Mohan, two of the few surviving senior students of Krishnamacarya, to Yogacampus for a special one day workshop.

Yoga today is primarily viewed as a system of physical fitness. However, the core text on yoga - The Yogasutras of Patanjali - contains invaluable insights into mental health and well-being.

This practical workshop will enable participants better to understand the workings of the mind and will introduce the application of mindfulness in practices of yoga.

This workshop is open to all.
