The Putney Clinic of Physical Therapy is currently seeking a bright, outgoing and dynamic full time receptionist at its busy clinic in Putney, south west London.
The position requires that the candidate not only represents the clinic as the front of house ambassador, but also acts as support to our team of medical staff. This is a perfect role for an individual who is looking for a reception position with additional duties. For the success of this role, the ideal candidate must be confident, personable, and have a professional manner.
This pivotal role requires previous receptionist experience. Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills are necessary, along with a good level of numeracy and literacy. Core duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering and screening all incoming queries via phone and Outlook
- Manage our practice diary (An Online System)
- Take payments and undertake general administrative duties
- Ordering stock
- Adhering to clinic policies.
- Reasonable typing skills
Applicants should also live in an area with good transport links to Putney (South West London). Applicants will need to have an excellent command of the English Language, both written and spoken. We are looking for someone to join our team as soon as possible, so you will need to be available for an immediate start.
