I am recovering fr...I read about this this morning. I am recovering from a herniated disk in my lower back and if I didn't have yoga to start with, the doctor said it would have ruptured for sure and now that I can move, I have started with yoga again and it really does help. It's the flow as much as the stretching for me that helps. I even get my teenagers to go to class with me.
