Loving Kindness

May I be filled with loving kindness.
May I be well.
May I be peaceful and at ease.
May I be happy.
This is a shortened version of a Buddhist meditation. It can be directed to oneself or directed at someone else, by replacing the “I” with “ you” and thinking of that person. It is, as the name suggests, an invocation for loving kindness… Even for those people you may have difficulties with.
