The most fantastic video... I want to be like this when I'm her age... and my daughter says I will be (especially the bit at the VERY end). :-)
Yoga Mama is a private Yoga teaching school studio in Putney, south-west London, run by Cherie Lathey. We run pregnancy and children’s yoga teacher training courses and CPD workshops. In addition, we offer group and 1:1 yoga, Pilates and fitness classes both in our studio as well as online.
