You must make them feel loved and wanted. They are Jesus for me. I believe in that much more than doing big things for them.

Yoga Mama is a private Yoga teaching school studio in Putney, south-west London, run by Cherie Lathey. We run pregnancy and children’s yoga teacher training courses and CPD workshops. In addition, we offer group and 1:1 yoga, Pilates and fitness classes both in our studio as well as online.
