Yoga is possible for anybody who really wants it. Yoga is universal. But don’t approach yoga with a business mind looking for worldly gain.

Yoga Mama is a private Yoga teaching school studio in Putney, south-west London, run by Cherie Lathey. We run pregnancy and children’s yoga teacher training courses and CPD workshops. In addition, we offer group and 1:1 yoga, Pilates and fitness classes both in our studio as well as online.
